CJZH high-efficiency automatic filter press is a new type of intelligent filtration equipment with three-stage dewatering processes: feeding, diaphragmless pressing and dry-blowing. It is upgraded with intelligent control system based on CJAH high-efficiency automatic filter press. CJAH can automatically adjust the pressing time and record the capacity and other parameters, reducing operating cost of the enterprise and manual participation.
1、给料过滤即依赖渣浆泵的运送压力 ，使进入滤室的矿渣被滤布截留 ，形成滤饼；水透过滤布扫除 ，实现固液疏散；
2、压榨过滤是在给料过滤形成的松散滤饼一侧施加压力 ，缩短其逍遥 ，扫除逍遥中的水；
3、吹干过滤是接纳介质高速穿过滤饼间歇 ，带走间歇水 ，进一步降低滤饼含水率。无论接纳多大的压滤压榨滤饼 ，滤饼的间隙也不可完全消除 ，因此 ，增添吹干过滤 ，用高压空气分钟透过滤饼间隙并带走滤饼间隙中的水分 ，是降低滤饼含水率的主要手段。然而有用的避免吹干时压缩空气短路 ，却是能否实现有用吹干的要害 ，这是CJZH系列高效智能压滤机的奇异设计（箱式和箱式隔膜压滤机接纳中心孔进料方法 ，空气吹干短路 ，无法有用吹干） ，也是其他压滤机不可有用吹干的要害。
1. The feed filtration is based on the delivery pressure of the slurry pump, so that the slag entering the filter chamber is trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake; the water is filtered through the filter cloth to achieve solid-liquid separation;
2. Press filtration is to press on the side of the porous filter cake formed by the feed filtration, shrinking the voids and eliminating the water in the voids;
3. Dry-blowing filtration uses high-speed compressed air to pass through the cake and remove intermittent water, further reducing the moisture content of the cake.
Regardless of how much pressure is used to press the filter cake, the gap between the material particles cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, the dry-blowing filtration, using high-pressure air to pass through the cake and remove moisture from the particles gap , is the important means to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. However, effective prevention of short-circuit of compressed air during drying is the key to effective drying. Dry-blowing filtration is the unique design of the CJAH Series high-efficiency filter press. Other filters press cannot achieve filter cake to be blown dry effectively without dry-blowing filtration technology.

The plant originally adopted a well-known diaphragm filter press in China, but the moisture content was high and needed a lot of manual assistance. The daily capacity per set was only 180 t/d. The plant turned to use CJ series filter press after several rounds of on-site inspections and trial demonstrations, and then the moisture content reduced to below 10% and daily capacity per set is over 600 t/d.

The plant originally adopted ceramic filter to process phosphorus tailings, the moisture content of fitercake was over 20% and unable to stack. Five sets of 120m2 ceramic filter had a daily output of less than 250 tons. Later, the plant adopt 5 sets of CJZH high-efficiency automatic filter press.The moisture content of filtercake is 9% and daily capacity per set is 700 t/d now. Meanwhile, filter cloth regeneration effect is remarkable and its service life is greatly extended, and the calcium content of the filter cloth is extended from 7-15 days to 60 days.
